Slabtown Tours LLC fulfills various requests to support auctions and fundraisers in the NW region each year. Donations typically include 2 walking tour passes, the gift cards expiration date is set for one-year post event date. The date in an encouragement to book the tour in a timely fashion. We are still honoring all expired gift cards gifted during the era of COVID. It is challenging for us to change the date on the cards when the event is moved to a new date. We receive no tax breaks from the donations, we offer the gift cards in hopes of good karma, good reviews, and a few tips.
Due to the high volume of requests we receive each year, if you do not receive a response within 3 weeks of your event, we regret that we are unable to fulfill your request. Snail mail works best as often mass e-mails are being flagged by the company e-mail.

Requesting organization must be an IRS classified 501(c)3 or a 501(c)5 charitable organization or a school.

Only one request will be fulfilled per event. Please do not send requests from multiple contacts.

Only one request per calendar year January-December

Requests must include contact name, contact phone number, event name, a short description of event, date of event a beneficiary/purpose of event and an organization Tax ID#
